Job summary

Well Pharmacy, part of Bestway Healthcare, is hiring a Remote Services Support Colleague to help pharmacies deliver NHS-funded clinical services via remote and centralised models. You will drive service uptake, support performance, and ensure excellent patient experiences through digital channels.

The role involves collaborating with pharmacy teams, identifying patients, triaging, and improving service delivery while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide coaching on best practices for clinical service delivery.
