Job summary

eNL Legal in Birmingham is recruiting a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join a national Major Injury & Casualty team. You will handle multi-track RTA and PI claims, working with insurers and high-profile clients, with flexible remote working opportunities.

You will manage your own caseload, draft pleadings, investigate liability and coordinate expert input while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' PQE in multi-track defendant litigation.
• Experience handling RTA or personal injury claims.
• Experience with higher-value claims is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and commercial litigation approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of multi-track RTA and defendant PI claims.
• Draft pleadings, reports and advise on litigation strategy.
• Investigate liability and gather evidence.
• Instruct experts and assess complex medical causation.
• Attend court hearings and meet deadlines.
