VodafoneThree is seeking a Principal Broadband Analytics Specialist to lead proactive delivery using Zhilabs, combining coding, data analytics, and automation to identify issues before they affect customers.

You will design use cases, build dashboards, and apply predictive modelling to forecast degradation, ensuring cross-functional alignment and scalable delivery. This homebased role offers a generous salary with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and SQL; APIs and automation experience.
• Strong data analysis skills with large datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver proactive broadband use cases using Zhilabs to detect issues early and improve customer experience.
• Develop and maintain clean code and scripts (Python, SQL) to support proactive stories and automation.
• Build and optimise dashboards visualising network and customer metrics for fast decision-making.
• Lead technical delivery of proactive initiatives from concept through backlog shaping and go-live readiness.
• Apply predictive modelling to forecast service degradation and prevent impact on customers.
• Implement workflow automations to reduce manual effort and enable scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate use cases via A/B testing and align with outcomes.
• Host regular interlock sessions to review defects, share insights, and identify new opportunities.
