Your Housing Group is seeking a Business Performance and Improvement Officer to join the Performance & Improvement team. The role focuses on analysing data, producing reports and turning business data into action to drive learning and evolution across the organisation.

You will be homebased in the Northwest with occasional visits to the Warrington Head Office, handling performance reporting and deep dives to inform senior leaders and the Board.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship building skills with oversight and scrutiny.
• Clear written and verbal communication to translate complex data.
• Highly analytical with ability to spot trends and predict impact.
