Job summary

Inizio is seeking a People Operations Specialist Onboarding to streamline the new hire journey for UK-based hires. You will process onboarding in Workday and Greenhouse, monitor tasks in ServiceNow, and ensure compliance and timely payroll processing across the onboarding lifecycle.

You will build strong relationships with colleagues and candidates, manage background checks, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding information security and brand standards.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent, or willingness to work toward one.
• Experience with cloud-based HRIS (preferably Workday).
• Experience with an ATS system (preferably Greenhouse).
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding in Greenhouse and Workday.
• Monitor onboarding tasks in Service Now.
• Initiate and monitor background checks (DBS, references, etc).
• Provide up-to-date reporting to support compliance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and processing.
• Meet payroll processing timelines.
• Process and track referral payments.
• Ensure Right to Work/ visa documentation compliance.
• Maintain data accuracy and information security.
