Responsibilities

• Data Management: Review and approve HR processes in Workday and audit data for accuracy.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage contracts, hire data, orientation, and exit processes including final pay and benefits.
• Employee Support: Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries and provide timely information, escalate complex issues as needed.
• Benefits and Payroll Administration: Assist with benefits programs and ensure payroll data accuracy in Workday.
