Job summary

HUC is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in the UK. You will provide high-quality operational HR support with a strong customer service focus, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle activities and accurate people data.

The role involves onboarding, compliance checks, and collaboration with hiring managers and internal teams to drive efficient processes and continuous improvement. A relevant administrative background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience supporting onboarding or compliance processes.
• Experience in HR or recruitment environment is desirable.
• Experience working with systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Support the Employee Lifecycle: assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and general People administration.
• Manage Onboarding & Compliance: draft contracts, conduct compliance checks and maintain regular communication with new hires and teams.
• Liaise with Stakeholders: build relationships with hiring managers, external compliance providers and internal teams.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: identify and implement opportunities to improve People processes and service delivery.
• Maintain and Develop HR Systems: keep People systems updated, accurate and improved to support operations.
