You will work within the Implementation Department, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Strong pensions knowledge in DB schemes and clear explanations.
• Experience in configuration or operations with team leadership.
• Experience with client interaction and stakeholders.
• Experience implementing change or projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Implementation Team to deliver automated calculations for new clients.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budget and quality.
• Mentor staff and develop capabilities within the team.
• Review documentation for quality and drive process improvements.
