Job summary

Capita Pension Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead a configuration team delivering automated calculation for new clients. You will manage staff, ensure delivery on time and quality, and mentor team members to drive client service excellence.

Based in the UK with remote/home-based work, you will liaise with Programme/Project Managers to secure timely project closures and implement best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong technical pensions knowledge in DB schemes and able to explain complex matters.
• System/Calculations configuration or operations background with strong management skills.
• Experience of client interaction and dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Can evidence previous experience of implementing change or working in a project environment.
• System testing and/or UAT understanding calculation proformas, benefit specifications and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Implementation Team to deliver on time, budget and quality standards.
• Review project and team documentation for quality and process improvements.
• Mentor and develop staff, ensuring effective resource planning.
• Coordinate with Programme/Project Managers to meet deadlines and manage risks.
