Job summary

Civica is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant for Pensions Development. Remote UK role focusing on developing and maintaining pension calculations within Civica's pensions software, translating complex scheme rules into practical software solutions.

The role requires DB pension knowledge, current UK pension legislation awareness, and experience with customer projects, testing, and agile delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes and benefit calculations.
• Up‑to‑date understanding of UK pensions legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting Trust Deeds, Rules and other technical pensions documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pension calculations within the Civica pensions software framework.
• Analyze scheme rules, technical documentation and legislation to implement calculation changes and enhancements.
• Create and maintain unit tests and comprehensive test scenarios.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on customer projects and software implementations.
• Work within an Agile Scrum environment to deliver agreed project outcomes.
