Job summary

Civica's pensions team seeks an experienced Implementation Consultant to develop and maintain pension calculations within Civica's software framework, focusing on UK Defined Benefit schemes and regulatory changes. You will work closely with clients, consultants, developers and project teams in a fully remote UK role.

The role requires strong DB pension knowledge, SQL Server experience, and ability to translate complex rules into precise software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong UK DB pension knowledge and calculations.
• Up-to-date UK pensions legislation understanding.
• Experience interpreting Trust Deeds and pension rules.
• SQL Server development experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pension calculations within Civica software.
• Analyse rules, legislation and documentation to implement changes.
• Create unit tests and test scenarios.
• Support software implementations and customer projects.
• Work in an Agile Scrum environment to deliver outcomes.
• Produce technical documentation and user guides.
