Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United Kingdom is hiring a Payroll Analyst to support the Central Payroll Team, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and accurate payroll processing across UK operations. The role emphasises advisory duties and consistent application of payroll standards.

You will work with sites to resolve payroll queries, manage CCNs, monitor timelines, and assist with off-cycle payments and overpayments.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Payroll/statutory legislation knowledge.
• Ability to gather and correlate correct data.
• Previous payroll experience (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage the CCN process, liaising with Zellis, sites, and DHL Central Teams to ensure CCNs are documented and reviewed; monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Provide timely payroll support and resolve payroll-related queries, including pay calculations, deductions, sickness payments, back pay, and other processes.
• Support overpayment escalation queries as part of BAU payroll activities; validate overpayment calculations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist Central Payroll Team Managers with administrative tasks and payroll checks before final processing.
• Apply and process SDP/OCPs received by site; manage Off Cycle payments within deadlines.
