Apply4U is seeking a Patient Onboarding Agent to help new patients complete their onboarding journey and access services smoothly. This is a people-focused role for someone who is organized, friendly and comfortable communicating by phone, email and online systems.

You don't need healthcare experience. If you have customer service, administration, call handling, reception, contact centres or patient support, your skills could transfer well into this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact new patients and guide them through the onboarding process.

• Update internal systems and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on outstanding information or onboarding steps.
• Work with internal teams to resolve queries.
