Job summary

Clipboard is seeking an Onboarding Expert to guide healthcare professionals through their first steps on our app. You’ll lead outbound outreach, run onboarding consultations, and help workers feel confident and supported as they begin their assignments.

This 100% remote role fits a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll communicate clearly in English, track interactions, and identify opportunities to improve the worker experience, while aligning with US Eastern Time business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting is a plus.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Able to work weekdays in US Eastern Time.
• Remote-friendly with strong documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Make ~60 targeted outbound calls per day to Clipboard app users.
• Host ~5 pre-booked 15-minute onboarding consultations daily.
• Send follow-up emails and texts to answer questions and support worker onboarding.
• Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
• Keep clear documentation of all interactions.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the worker experience.
• Be the go-to guide and trusted partner helping professionals feel confident, supported, and ready to work their first shift.
