Job summary

Partnerize, a fast-growing software company, seeks a pragmatic Paralegal with experience in commercial agreements, contract management, and legal fundamentals to join our global Legal team. In the first 90 days, you will earn the trust of stakeholders and take ownership for EMEA and JAPAC regions, while getting familiar with our contracts and pricing processes.

This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional time in our Newcastle upon Tyne office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in contract management.
• Extensive experience reviewing, redlining, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements (MSAs/NDAs/SaaS etc.).
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other web-based CRM and contract management software.
• Demonstrated relationship-building and communication skills across organisation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently within a Legal team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including senior management and sales.
• Demonstrated persuasive and influencing capabilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work remotely and in person.

Responsibilities

• Support global Sales, Key Accounts and Customer Success teams to drive growth.
• Partner with Paralegal to manage end-to-end contract management for all customer contracts.
• Draft, review, redline, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts (software/services).
• Maintain, prioritise, and manage a queue of contracts.
• Ensure contracts align with company goals and standards.
• Manage the contract approval process.
• Oversee the contract management system and digital repository.
• Explain terms to stakeholders and train on standard contract documents and processes.
• Report on contract analyses and metrics.
• Identify areas for improvement.
