Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a pragmatic Contract Manager to join its global Legal team. You will own end-to-end contract management for the EMEA and JAPAC regions, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on software, services, and vendor agreements while collaborating with sales and customer success.

This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional visits to the Newcastle upon Tyne office, requires strong negotiation and drafting ability, familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Substantial experience reviewing, analysing, redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts (e.g., MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, IT, vendor, service, marketing).
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM/contract management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including with senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales, Key Accounts and Customer Success teams to help the company grow within EMEA and JAPAC regions.
• Manage end-to-end contract management process for all customer contracts.
• Draft, review, redline, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts (software/services) with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain and prioritise a queue of contracts and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Explain terms to internal/external stakeholders and provide training on standard documents and systems.
• Report on contract analyses and metrics; identify areas for improvement.
