Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a London-based Paralegal to support a Europe-wide legal team. You will handle a wide range of paralegal tasks, liaising with consultants, other firm functions, and outside counsel on various matters.

Based in our London office, you will manage records, contracts, and reports, assist with waiver letters, monitor M&A notifications, and help implement AI priorities within the team. Strong English and multilingual skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a law firm as paralegal, contracts administrator, or senior administrative support.
• Ability to work in an international environment and provide project management support.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and entrepreneurially, managing multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support paralegal tasks for Europe-based legal team, including client support and team projects.
• Liaise with consultants, other firm functions, leadership, and outside counsel across Europe.
• Assist with contract management, records, and reports for active and closed matters.
