Job summary

Partnerize is looking for a pragmatic Paralegal with experience in commercial agreements and contract management to join our global Legal team. The role involves supporting Sales, Key Accounts and Customer Success across EMEA and JAPAC, while collaborating with a US-based Paralegal.

You will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, manage a structured contract repository, and train teams on standard documents and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contract management or related field.
• Experience redlining, drafting, negotiating contracts and agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, IT, vendor, service, marketing).
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CRM and contract management software.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales, Key Accounts and Customer Success teams to enable growth across EMEA and JAPAC.
• Own end-to-end contract management for customer contracts.
• Draft, review, redline, negotiate and advise on commercial contracts.
• Maintain and prioritise a queue of contracts and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Manage the contract approval process and organised digital repository.
• Explain terms to stakeholders and train on standard documents and systems.
• Report on contract analyses and metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams across the organisation and work remotely/in person.
