PetLab Co. is seeking a Paid Search & YouTube Lead to drive scalable digital marketing in the UK, with hybrid work options and occasional travel to London.

The role focuses on launching and managing Google and Bing campaigns, YouTube activations, and AI-powered search initiatives to optimize customer acquisition and loyalty. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will own strategy, planning, and cross-functional collaboration with content, SEO, ecommerce, and CRO teams to maximize CPA efficiency

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in paid search and digital advertising.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns with high budgets.
• Knowledge of AI-powered search and LLM-based discovery.
• Understanding of GEO and AEO strategies.
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategies across Google/Bing, including YouTube and Display, to scale new customer acquisition.
• Manage GMC feed/product performance for Google Shopping growth.
• Utilize analytics tools to optimize CPA, ROAS, and other metrics.
• Drive cross-sells and loyalty through retargeting across Google placements.
• Collaborate with paid/organic social, CRM, content, and ecommerce teams.
• Experiment with LLMs and AI search platforms to improve product discovery.
