Job summary

You will participate in the on-call rota, support medication administration, and work with support workers while upholding safeguarding standards. A full UK driving licence is preferred; on-call after induction and ongoing supervision are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Level 4 counselling qualification required.
• Understanding of counselling theory, ethical practice and professional boundaries.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle (business insurance contribution can be arranged).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counselling and structured therapeutic support to clients.
• Support delivery of group sessions, workshops and recovery activities.
• Maintain clear, confidential client records and contribute to care plans and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with wider clinical and operational teams and participate in supervision and CPD.
