Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting for an Outbound Sales Advisor in a fully remote role across Mainland UK. You will speak with potential customers, understand needs, and recommend suitable packages, while working to measurable targets.

The role offers structured training, ongoing coaching, and progression opportunities, with a basic salary of £25,506 plus performance bonuses. Hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, and you can work remotely from home.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in a target-driven sales environment within the last 3 years.
• Experience in direct-to-customer sales (telesales/telemarketing/contact centre)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Driven, resilient, and motivated to achieve targets

Responsibilities

• Speak with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Build rapport and understand customer needs to propose the best packages.
• Participate in two weeks of initial training followed by ongoing coaching and development.
• Work in a high-volume, target-driven environment with clear KPIs and targets
