Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Ltd is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Specialist for a Coventry-based, 6-month contract. The role is hybrid with 1 day on-site per week.

You will deliver Absence, Core HR & Security configurations and provide transformation solutions within the Oracle Cloud Fusion suite. Responsibilities include configuring Absence Management, Core HR and Security, supporting SRs, documenting setups, and ensuring data validity across Fusion projects.

Qualifications

• Implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud including Absence Management, Core HR and Security.
• Strong configuration skills in Fast Formula, Absence Type, Absence Plan and Absence Element build.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion Absence Management and Core HR, Security, and Payroll integration.
• UK Absence Legislation knowledge (Sickness, Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, Shared Parental Leave).

Responsibilities

• Provide Absence Management, Core HR and Security query resolution.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Absence Management, Core HR and Security for client requirements.
• Support Oracle SRs and guide resolutions to closure.
• Document application set-ups and validate configurations for Fusion projects.
• Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
• Communicate project status and deliverables to the project manager/client.
