Job summary

HEARTS Academy Trust is seeking a highly skilled data professional to design and develop Bromcom trackers, reports and Dashboards, expanding Power BI usage across the Trust. You will provide high-quality analysis to support school improvement, governance and decision-making.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will deliver accessible reporting tools, ensure data accuracy and enable effective collaboration using Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience with Bromcom MIS and school reporting.
• Strong Power BI skills and ability to model data for dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to support leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Bromcom reports, trackers and dashboards across the Trust.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards integrating data from Bromcom and other systems.
• Produce Trust-wide dashboards for leaders and governors.
• Analyse attendance and attainment data to identify trends and priorities.
• Improve data quality, accessibility and reporting processes across schools.
• Support colleagues with training on reporting tools and data use.
