Job summary

Harnham is hiring a BI Lead to drive reporting and data modelling in a data-driven organisation. You will enhance Power BI dashboards, optimise data models, and support strategic projects with insights for a wide range of stakeholders.

The role sits in a collaborative Data & Analytics team; you'll translate requirements into scalable reports, contribute to governance and CI/CD processes, and help shape the analytics roadmap with senior leaders.

Qualifications

Advanced SQL skills and data modelling experience.
Experience writing and optimising DAX measures.
Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering abilities.
Understanding of dimensional modelling and reporting best practices.
Exposure to CI/CD processes and deployment tooling.

Responsibilities

Enhance and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Work with semantic models and parameterised reporting solutions.
Design and optimise data models to meet reporting needs.
Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
Support external and internal reporting products and governance processes.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve data accessibility.
Contribute to strategic data initiatives and new reporting projects.
