• Previous experience managing warehouse, logistics, distribution or operational teams.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Experience coordinating transport operations and third-party logistics providers.
• Practical understanding of health and safety in warehouse/logistics.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse management or logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse, transport and logistics operation ensuring on-time orders.
• Lead the operational team with clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Monitor stock and inventory, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external transport providers to plan deliveries.
• Lead health and safety across the operation, ensuring safe processes and compliance.
• Use KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Identify and implement more efficient ways of working to support growth.
