Loom Talent Limited has partnered with a well-known logistics business in the Bicester area to recruit a Warehouse Operations Manager. You will lead all activity across the operation with autonomy and drive efficiency across warehouse, transport, and distribution.

The role demands a seasoned logistics professional with a proven track record in leadership, cost control, and scaling operations. You will collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply chain strategies with business

Competenze

• 5+ years proven logistics & supply chain supervisory or management experience across operations.
• Essential: logistics distribution and supply chain background.
• Advantageous: 3PL warehouse experience.
• Advantageous: experience in an automated environment.
• Advantageous: budgetary / P&L responsibility across small-medium operations > £2m.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excited by large scale growth challenges.
• Commutable to the Bicester area 5 days per week.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and industry regulations, mitigating risks across the supply chain.

The Role

The Warehouse Operations Manager will play a critical role in leading all activity across the operation within their field.

This position is a truly exciting opportunity, with lots of autonomy for an experienced logistics & supply chain professional to be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding organisation.

Core Aspects of the Warehouse Operations Manager role:

• Optimise Logistics Operations - Manage Warehouse, Transport, and Distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

The Candidate

The successful candidate for the Warehouse Operations Manager role will have the following skills & experiences:

• A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain Background - Essential.
• 5+ Years proven Logistics & Supply Chain Supervisory or Management experience across Operations - Essential.
• 3PL Warehouse experience - Advantageous.
• Experience in an Automated environment - Advantageous.
• Previous budgetary / P&L responsibility across small - medium sized operations in excess of + 2m - Advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams - Essential.
• An individual truly excited by large scale growth challenges - Essential.
• Commutable to the Bicester area 5 days per week - Essential.

Salary & Benefits Package

• Salary - 50,000 to 55,000.
• Plus additional company benefits.
