Job summary

Mission is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee and enhance the delivery of operation services for its assigned MGA. You will ensure performance, quality, and continuous improvement for internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate with offshore teams, manage agency processes, and support compliance and onboarding of MGAs. This role offers a remote-first setup with UK residency required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in insurance industry (insurance company or MGA) preferred.
• Client facing experience is necessary.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.
• Ability to work dynamically across key stakeholder teams.
• Must live in the UK and be authorized to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for allocated MGA, guiding day-to-day operations.
• Liaise between MGA and third-party service providers for timely services.
• Collaborate with outsourced services to identify offshoring opportunities.
• Deliver training and process knowledge to the outsourced team.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation for delivery quality.
• Be primary contact for outsourced services and escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee agency management activities and due diligence maintenance.
• Perform credit control, reconciliation, and statements issuance.
• Manage task workflows to align with SLAs.
• Support regulatory checks and internal controls.
• Assist onboarding of new MGAs and define service scopes.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and new services.
• Attend Service Review Meetings with MGAs to drive improvements.
