Job summary

Iron Mountain in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Contract Manager to own MI reporting and executive presentation sets for our client base. You will refine data workflows and work alongside Contract Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery.

The role emphasizes sharp analytical skills, autonomous work, and strong cross-functional collaboration to elevate client partnerships across our UK network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data-focused support, operations, or contract management.
• Strong skills in data analysis, MI reporting, and executive presentation prep.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet competing deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly MI reporting and deliver executive decks for existing customers.
• Standardize data workflows and establish frameworks for QBR/ABR.
• Onboard new clients into the MI reporting infrastructure.
• Improve daily processes with the Contract Management team.
• Provide day-to-day support to Contract Managers and assist during critical client situations.
