Responsibilities include diagnosing performance, designing future-state operating models, and establishing KPI-driven improvements with measurable P&L impact, often in hybrid/remote client settings.

Qualifications

• Candidate with experience in operational excellence or performance improvement.
• Strong analytical problem solving and commercial understanding.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose operational performance and identify root causes of underperformance.
• Map and challenge processes, operating models and ways of working.
• Identify productivity, cost, service and working-capital opportunities.
• Design pragmatic future-state processes and operating models.
• Quantify improvements and build credible implementation cases.
• Establish KPIs and performance-management disciplines.
• Collaborate with management to implement improvements.
• Track benefits against the P&L.
