Job summary

Armstrong Watson is recruiting an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to work with the Chief Operating Officer and drive delivery of strategic priorities and firm-wide projects across the Carlisle-based practice.

You will support governance, acquisition integrations and continuous improvement, ensuring momentum and successful outcomes through collaboration with service line leaders, partners and managers across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services, operations management or transformation environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex scenarios.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, able to prepare executive briefing papers.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver major strategic and operational initiatives across the firm.
• Develop implementation plans and governance structures for key projects.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and barriers to delivery.
• Coordinate activity across service lines and support functions.
• Produce briefing papers, MI, reports and recommendations.
• Support integration of acquired businesses and governance improvements.
