What you'll do

• You’ll get under the skin of how portfolio companies actually operate and identify practical opportunities to improve performance. That could involve:
• Diagnosing operational performance and identifying the real causes of underperformance.
• Mapping and challenging existing processes, operating models and ways of working.
• Identifying productivity, cost, service and working-capital opportunities.
• Designing pragmatic future-state processes and operating models.
• Quantifying improvement opportunities and building credible implementation cases.
• Establishing KPIs and performance-management disciplines.
• Working alongside management teams to implement improvements.
• Tracking whether expected benefits actually reach the P&L.
