Qualifications

• Experience bridging operational teams with change functions.
• Track record in delivering change or business improvement in an operational setting.
• Experience coordinating business readiness and user acceptance testing.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and decision-making sessions.
• Experience with digital transformation and technology-enabled change.
• Familiar with Agile delivery environments.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt is beneficial.
