Blue Light Card in the UK is seeking an Operational Change Manager to bridge Member Operations with Product, Engineering and Partnerships. You will help shape how changes are planned, understood early, and owned by the right people for successful member outcomes.

You’ll lead cross-functional kick-offs, translate business changes into practical requirements, and own readiness plans from planning to go-live, ensuring teams feel prepared and supported during transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering operational readiness, change or implementation work in a customer operations environment.
• Ability turn business/project changes into clear operational requirements using a structured approach.
• Strong planning and organisation, able to run multiple readiness activities and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Represent Member Operations in kick-offs and planning for projects and launches, ensuring operational needs are considered from the outset.
• Assess impact on servicing demand, processes and member experience and translate into requirements.
• Own and drive operational readiness plans with clear owners and go-live timelines.
• Coordinate training, communications, knowledge base updates and process changes.
• Build relationships with Product, Engineering and Partnerships and provide clear updates.
