Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the technical support team in a varied role that includes remote and on-site assistance. The position involves troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance and technical escalation to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft experience (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365) and good networking knowledge, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Strong Microsoft experience, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft 365.
Good knowledge of networking and infrastructure.
Experience providing on-site, customer-facing technical support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot Microsoft, hardware, software, server and networking problems.
Attend customer sites for support, consultancy and proactive maintenance.
Manage and monitor servers, backups, networks, firewalls and security systems.
Administer and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure and Windows Server.
Monitor patching and alerts using RMM solutions.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
Assist with mentoring and developing Junior Engineers.
