Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an IT Field Engineer to join on a permanent basis. You will attend customer sites across Northern Ireland to install and maintain PCs, printers, EPOS devices and networking hardware, while managing spare parts and returns.

A strong customer focus and professional appearance are essential. The role requires Windows expertise, VPN setup, and experience with hardware and software installation.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with Windows OS and VPN setup.
• Experience with PC hardware, printers, EPOS and network equipment.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to install and maintain NI PCs, printers, scanners, EPOS and network equipment.
• Manage stock rotation of faulty spares and organise returns.
• Provide professional customer-facing support with strong communication and problem-solving.
