Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom is seeking a versatile Project Manager to lead offshore wind projects from feasibility through FEED and detailed design. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, align with clients, suppliers and stakeholders, and ensure safety, cost, schedule and quality objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering offshore wind projects within a developer, Owner's Engineer, consultancy, EPC, or major contractor environment.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary engineering projects through multiple stages including FEED and detailed design.
• Strong understanding of offshore wind project lifecycles and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multidisciplinary offshore wind projects from feasibility through FEED, detailed design and construction support.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources and risk; ensure health and safety compliance and quality objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders; facilitate cross-functional teamwork.
• Prepare clear project updates and maintain alignment across teams and disciplines.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigations to meet project targets.
