• Strong understanding of safety, risk, and quality management.

• Collaborate with clients, guide colleagues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain safety and quality processes throughout design and delivery.
• Apply Design, Risk, and Change management with informed decisions.
• Influence stakeholders with confidence and clear technical input.
• Ensure design meets client requirements and project objectives.
• Provide engineering input for cost and schedule updates.
• Support risk identification and mitigation across projects.
• Promote an inclusive culture and strong team development.
