You’ll build trusted relationships, manage budgets and guide cross-functional teams to achieve programme goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a project management role delivering multi-disciplinary engineering projects in EPCM environments.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams in regulated or energy sectors such as PowerGrids, oil/gas or renewables.
• Building trusted client relationships and guiding diverse teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with project planning and controls knowledge.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and schedules with clarity.
• Sound risk management judgement and CDM awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across the UK and Europe and deliver complex projects.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders with confidence.
• Develop budgets, manage forecasts and control costs across projects.
• Ensure safety, programme and quality objectives are met with adequate resources.
• Communicate clear project updates and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate health, safety and environmental risks.
