Qualifications

• Proven experience in a project management role delivering multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in regulated or energy sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of project planning and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across the UK and Europe.
• Collaborate with clients, guide colleagues, and maintain an inclusive culture.
• Deliver projects safely to programme, cost and quality targets.
• Develop and agree budgets, manage forecast vs actual costs.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, influencing with diplomacy.
• Identify and monitor Health, Safety and Environmental risks and implement mitigations.
