Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Offshore Fleet Performance Engineer to keep Haliade-X turbines operating safely, reliably, and at high performance. In this offshore-focused role, you’ll collaborate with Site Operations, Technical Support, and Design Engineering to resolve issues and improve product availability.

Reporting to the Head of Technical Support, you will coordinate investigations, guide solutions to standardised outcomes, and support Safe System of Work documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to identify technical issues from feedback and guide them to resolution.
• Experience in offshore wind or similar complex technical environment preferred.
• Understanding of Safe Systems of Work documentation and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Operations to deliver safe maintenance and high-quality execution.
• Resolve technical issues affecting turbine reliability and availability.
• Act as escalation point for technical issues and nonconformities requiring support.
• Coordinate information from site for investigations and handover into service.
• Contribute to development and improvement of standard operating procedures.
