Job summary

Inch Cape Offshore Limited seeks a Performance Lead (O&M) to monitor, analyse and optimise offshore windfarm performance during the O&M phase. You will transform operational data into engineering and commercial insights to support safe operation, high availability and value delivery.

Lead data validation, trend analysis and reporting across turbine and windfarm levels, working with offshore operations, HV/engineering and asset management teams to drive improvements in availability, reliability

Qualifications

• Experience in operational analysis and asset analytics in wind or power.
• Familiarity with SCADA, historian, metering datasets.
• Ability to create structured reports and dashboards.
• Degree or equivalent in engineering, physics, maths or data analytics.
• Strong ability to work across engineering, operations and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring of turbine and windfarm performance using SCADA, historian, condition monitoring, metering and related data.
• Validate and analyse data to identify underperformance, derates and degradation.
• Perform turbine- and windfarm-level performance assessments and trend analysis.
• Differentiate technical losses from operational constraints and data quality issues.
• Support engineering with evidence-based recommendations to improve performance.
• Develop data-driven opportunities to improve availability and energy yield.
• Track defects and coordinate corrective actions with site teams.
• Maintain KPIs, dashboards and action registers for improvement plans.
