Job summary

Well Pharmacy, part of Bestway Healthcare, is seeking a Relief Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists and store teams across multiple Community Pharmacies in Leeds. You will help ensure safe and accurate dispensing and provide excellent customer service to patients.

The role requires an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an equivalent qualification and offers opportunities for development and career progression within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated friendly and organised approach to customer service.
• Ability to work across multiple Well Pharmacies to cover absences.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and support to pharmacy customers.
• Assist pharmacists and store teams to ensure safe dispensing and efficient processes.
• Cover shifts across multiple Community Pharmacies as required.

Main Responsibility

Working alongside our knowledgeable Pharmacists and store teams, you will be instrumental in the efficient delivery of pharmacy processes to ensure our customers are really taken care of. This role maintains a high level of competence to ensure the safe dispensing of medication to customers as well as being the experts that our customers can rely on.

The Ideal Candidate

As a Relief Pharmacy Assistant, you will beresponsible for covering absence and holidays in surrounding Well Pharmacies. You will be working within multiple teams across a number of Community Pharmacies as this role provides crucial support and ensures we provide the best patient and customer service.

In order to be considered for the ReliefPharmacy Assistant role itis essential that you already have a NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services orequivalent qualification.
