Lincolnshire Housing Partnership is seeking a Neighbourhood & Allocations Team Leader to coach and lead a team of Neighbourhood Officers and Allocations Officers. You will drive lettings, tenancy sign-ups and reduce voids while delivering excellent customer experiences across our communities.

You will work with partners to ensure fair allocations, with a flexible approach to remote work and regional offices in Boston and Grimsby. Salary £37,777 plus benefits, DBS and references apply.

Formación

• Experience in allocations, lettings, tenancy management or housing operations within social housing.
• Knowledge of allocation schemes, lettings processes and void management.
• Understanding of housing legislation and best practices in allocations and tenancy management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Neighbourhood and Allocations Officers to deliver lettings and tenancy services.
• Monitor lettings performance, void turnaround times and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and authorities to allocate homes fairly and efficiently.
