Job summary

Castles & Coasts Housing Association in Workington is seeking a Lettings & Neighbourhoods Officer to join our customer-focused team. The role covers lettings, tenancy management, safeguarding and tackling anti-social behaviour while supporting thriving neighbourhoods.

Based mainly in Workington with travel to surrounding areas, you will be responsible for allocations, marketing of empty homes and delivering value-for-money services to residents and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within social housing.
• Knowledge of lettings and tenancy management.
• Commitment to excellent customer care and resident engagement.
• Confidence in handling safeguarding and anti-social behaviour matters.
• Ability to maintain accurate, timely marketing information for empty homes.
• A positive, self-motivated approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Focus on achieving team targets and responding promptly to customer enquiries.

• £33,782 - £35,894 (FTE based on 36.25 hours per week) + benefits package

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is looking for an enthusiastic Lettings & Neighbourhoods Officer to join our friendly, professional and customer-focused team. Your main office base will be Workington, but you will manage a neighbourhood patch covering the surrounding areas. Regular travel throughout these communities is therefore an important part of the role. You will provide an excellent service across lettings and tenancy management, helping residents sustain successful tenancies and supporting thriving neighbourhoods. Your responsibilities will include allocations, safeguarding and responding to anti-social behaviour.
