Lincolnshire Housing Partnership is seeking a Neighbourhood & Allocations Team Leader to guide a team delivering lettings, allocations and tenancy services. You will coach Neighbourhood Officers and Allocations Officers to ensure fair, efficient housing allocations and strong customer experiences.

You will lead performance reviews, manage complex cases, and collaborate with partners to minimise voids and maximise occupancy while supporting tenants and applicants.

Formación

• Experience in social housing lettings, allocations or tenancy services.
• Experience with allocation schemes, lettings processes, tenancy sign-ups and void management.
• Ability to use performance data and KPIs to improve service outcomes, reduce void loss, and raise customer satisfaction.
• Strong partnership working skills and ability to engage with local authorities and partner organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Neighbourhood & Allocations Officers to deliver lettings and tenancy management services.
• Monitor KPIs related to lettings, voids, tenancy sign-ups and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Repairs, Assets and Compliance teams to minimise void periods and maximise rental income.
• Oversee complex allocations, transfers and sensitive rehousing cases while ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Conduct tenancy visits and support customers to establish and sustain successful tenancies.
