Job summary

Bydand Recruitment Group is seeking a Solicitor/Paralegal/Litigation Executive with experience in motor fraud to join its national team. You will manage your own caseload and handle all aspects of the litigation process, working closely with clients and colleagues.

The role offers remote work and a fast-paced environment within a growing practice specialising in insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes, including motor fraud.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing own litigated caseload.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process and fraud (desirable).
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims.
• Conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records.
• Secure required documentation and evidence from claimant representatives.
• Draft legal documents, reports, and client advice.
• Attend court, pre-trial meetings, and adhere to court timetables.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
