Job summary

Bydand Recruitment Group is seeking a Solicitor/Paralegal/Litigation Executive to join a national counter-fraud team. The role focuses on motor fraud and related disputes, with responsibility for managing your own caseload and handling all stages of litigation, including remote work.

Candidates should have experience in litigated caseloads, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience managing own litigated caseload.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process and fraud/PI disputes (desirable).
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims.
• Conduct investigations, take witness statements, review medical records.
• Secure required documentation and evidence from claimant representatives.
• Draft legal documents, reports and client advice.
• Attend court, pre-trial meetings and adhere to court timetables.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
