Job summary

Bydand Recruitment Group is seeking a Solicitor/Paralegal/Litigation Executive with motor fraud experience to join a growing national team. You will manage your own caseload and handle all stages of litigation.

Key duties include investigations, witness statements, drafting documents and client advice, attending court and pre-trial meetings, and supporting business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience managing litigated caseloads.
• Strong understanding of the litigation process and fraud/PI exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims.
• Conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records.
• Draft legal documents, reports, and client advice.
• Attend court, pre-trial meetings, and adhere to court timetables.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
