Job summary

Bydand Recruitment Group seeks a Solicitor/Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal/Litigation Executive with motor fraud experience to join a national team. You will manage your own caseload, handle all litigation stages, and work with clients to deliver a professional service.

This remote role offers up to £45,000 DoE and requires strong litigation knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure while contributing to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing your own litigated caseload.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process and personal injury or fraud (desirable).
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver a highly professional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims.
• Conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records.
• Secure required documentation and evidence from claimant representatives.
• Draft legal documents, reports, and client advice.
• Attend court, pre-trial meetings and adhere to court timetables.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
