Job summary

Solicitor/Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal/Litigation Executive with Motor Fraud experience is sought to join a fast-growing practice specialising in insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes. You will manage your own caseload and handle all aspects of the litigation process, working remotely for a national team.

The role involves conducting investigations, taking witness statements, drafting documents, attending court, and supporting business development activities.

Qualifications

• Managing own litigated caseload.
• Experience in litigation or fraud cases.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims.
• Conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records.
• Secure required documentation and evidence from claimant representatives.
• Draft legal documents, reports, and client advice.
• Attend court, pre-trial meetings, and adhere to court timetables.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
